Originally from South Africa, Matthew has traveled and lived all over the world, most recently moving from Los Angeles to Fort Collins. His more than 25 years in the industry has earned him the position of Master Stylist in award-winning salons. Being both a licensed Barber and Cosmetologist who has trained under the philosophies of Vidal Sassoon, Jacques Dessange, Toni & Guy, L’Oreal, Bumble & Bumble and R+Co has equipped Matthew to develop his skills in all areas of the industry. He is an expert at men’s cutting, more specifically- clipper cuts and fades; as well as with long layers and killer blowouts. Being comfortable with the use of a razor has taken his razor cuts to new levels of interpretation. If you’re looking to update your color, he’s a pro at natural-looking blondes and brunettes. Matthew is an extremely talented musician and songwriter, so naturally his creativity carries over into everything he does. Matthew not only enjoys the technical aspects of approaching each client but also focuses on  prioritizing the pursuit of understanding each clients personnel story.

Kali is a self-proclaimed “perfectionist” and if you ask her, she will say she gets paid to do her hobby and hang out with her friends! With over 25 years in the industry she has a strong male clientele from working for American Crew for several years. Although Kali has a well rounded artistic talent, she really enjoys short Women’s haircuts and also specializes in Blonde hair, as well as Men’s hair cutting. If you can imagine it, she will create it!

Becky loves hairstyling almost as much as she loves people. She's also an artist, a bit of a perfectionist and enjoys finding colors and cuts to compliment her guests. She was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Fort Collins in 2006.  Becky gave her first haircut when she was five and from that moment on she was hooked. She attended Hair Dynamics, graduated in early 2012 and went on to finish her training in the Aveda New Talent Program. Becky is passionate about learning new techniques and trends for both men's and women's fashion, taking classes to keep her clients looking fresh and current, and making sure her guests leave feeling put together, happy and confident.

​Kim is a master stylist and colorist with 25 years of salon and educator experience.  She modernizes classic cuts to make them fun and wearable while working with demensional color to create looks that turns heads.
Kim is an expert on the difficult "scissor over comb" technique used on men's haircuts, and she will soon offer straight razor shave services.
While her education foundations are from Sebastian Internation and Sassoon in Los Angeles, and Bumble & Bumble in NYC, she continues to attend classes to stay knowledgeable in this ever-changing industry.

Virginia  bradley

Helping her clients to “see the beauty that has always been” is the passion that drives her love of hair. She specializes in coloring and cutting. Her favorite facet of hairstyling is the inspired creation of gorgeous custom hair color and the opportunity to connect with everyone who sits in her chair. She has had the pleasure of advanced training and working with Wella, KEVIN.MURPHY, UNITE, American Crew, and Nick Arrojo since 2008.

After studying at Hair Dynamics in Northern Colorado, Lauren started a career in hair that eventually landed her in Nashville, TN where she did hair for several music industry professionals. She spent the next years balancing her time between family and various roles in the beauty industry before deciding to return to doing hair after recovering from a 2016 car accident.

Lauren travelled to NYC in 2015 to study and certify with DevaCurl as a Deva Certified Stylist and loves helping people discover and embrace their natural curl. 

Lauren enjoys developing long-term relationships with her clients and often does hair for multiple generations within the same family. 

Whether it’s cut, color or style…….she wants to help her clients maintain healthy hair and feel/look their best.
