By the age of 3 Carrie had already begun her road to becoming a stylist. She was always combing her grandfather’s hair in every direction possible and placing rollers in it to set the style. By age 13 she had started her hair experiments on herself trying every color scheme under the sun and by 16 she was working with extensions. Growing up her friends were always at her front door whether it was for a new cut and color, or makeup and hair for prom or just a night out on the town. By the end of high school it was clear that her talent had become truly visible. Carrie studied at Regency Beauty Institute before earning her cosmetology license and continues her education to this day. It is important to her to keep up on the latest and greatest styles and trends. She has been trained in Redken®, Schwartzkopf®, Goldwell®, Wella®,and Pravana®. In addition to her coloring techniques she is certified in Hotheads® extensions which is now hairtalk®. As well as extensive training in Surface® and Purelogy ® cutting techniques. She has worked on hair and makeup for a number of photo shoots such as boudoir and trash the dress. She attends MAC makeup classes regularly in Colorado and Vegas. She also does makeup for weddings, Family photos shoots, special events, or a night on the town. Carrie is creative, spontaneous, and always willing to try new and different things. With her as your stylist you are always in for a fun experience. There is never a dull moment whether it is in your consultation or your follow ups. “I love people. Creating hairstyles allow me a way to express a love that goes deeper than just a haircut.”
I’m Meredith! I’ve been doing hair for 4 years. It’s my absolute number one passion! I’ve always loved hair and beauty since I was a little girl. I ended up going to college for elementary education after high school and wasn’t happy with what I was doing, so I then decided to take the plunge and go to Cosmetology school! It was Biggest and craziest decision I have ever made and I’ve not regretted a single thing about it! I love being in a field where I can be creative and have fun every single day. I’m convinced I have the best clients in the entire world! I have worked with numerous different color lines including Wella, Joico, Paul Mitchell, Pulp Riot, Schwarzkopf, Matrix, and KEVIN.MURPHY (KM being my favorite of course) My ultimate goal is for all of my guests to sit down in my chair and immediately feel the pressures of the day waft away. To smile knowing that their color and cut is going to be amazing. And to know that they are being listened to and taken care of. My guests are not just my guests, they are my friends and my family, and I love each and every one with my whole heart! When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually at home reading, running, cycling, or doing something outside!

Chet grew up in a small military town in northern Nevada, hanging around his great Aunts Barber shop. That’s where he found his passion for doing hair. He moved to Las Vegas and took a job as a mechanic, he found that everyone was always asking him to cut their hair after hours when the shop closed. So that set a clear path for a career change and to chase his passion for hair. Chet attended Paul Mitchell the School Las Vegas, after graduating he went and worked at The Kelly Cardenas Salon, one of the top Paul Mitchell salons in the country. There he got the opportunity to work on stage at different hair shows around the country, as well as educate at different salons. During this time he found he loved the education side of hair as well, and went back to teach at Paul Mitchell the school Las Vegas. During this time he met Mark Cottle and went to work with him at Kaya Beauty. After about 5 years Mark sold the salon and moved to Fort Collins, and Chet decided it was time to return to Paul Mitchell and the Kelly Cardenas salon. He got the opportunity to travel around the country and teach and live in Chicago, San Diego,Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City. After finally tiring of all the travel, he decided to make the move to Fort Collins.
