By the age of 3 Carrie had already begun her journey to becoming a stylist. She would spend hours combing her grandfather’s hair in every direction possible and placing rollers in it to set the style. Jump forward in time to the age of 13 when she began hair experiments on herself trying every color scheme under the sun and by 16, she was mastering the art of hair extensions. Growing up her friends were always at her front door whether it was for a new cut, color, or for makeup and hair for a special event. It was clear by the close of her high school years that her hair hobby was more than that- she was truly an artist.

Carrie studied at Regency Beauty Institute where she earned her cosmetology license in 2011. She has been classically trained in multiple color lines, but in early 2017 it was Kevin Murphy’s® unique and trendy color line that captured her eye, and later her heart.  She immediately dove in and pursued a position educating for Color.Me by Kevin Murphy®. To this day Carrie enjoys learning the latest and greatest color techniques and loves nothing more than to share her wealth of knowledge with other stylists who share her passion. 
 
In addition to being a color educator she is also an educator for Hotheads® hair extensions and a MAC Pro Makeup stylist. She attends MAC makeup classes regularly in Colorado and Vegas to stay in the know for her clients.  She has worked on numerous photos shoots trash the drees, boudoir and she is highly sought after for wedding makeup, family photos shoots, & numerous special events.

Carrie is creative, spontaneous, and always willing to try new and different things. With her as your stylist you are always in for a fun experience.  There is never a dull moment whether it is in your consultation or your follow ups. Carrie’s approach as a stylist is based on youthful maturity that highlights every client’s unique look. A style that showcases vitality, sophistication, and an elegance that transcends classic styles and new trends.

​Hi I’m LillieMae! I went to Cosmetology School at Aveda Institute in Denver, but my learning has not stopped there. I have been at Voltage ever since graduating in 2023 and continue my education to stay on top of the latest trends and styles.  

My biggest passion is you, my client! I strive to make you feel like the most beautiful and confident version of yourself. I love all things hair. Whether that’s blonding, color, cut, men’s cut, or wedding stylist, I’m your gal. I take pride in working in such a fun salon with extremely talented stylists.

I’m Meredith! I’ve been doing hair since 2014. It’s my absolute number one passion! I’ve always loved hair and beauty since I was a little girl. I ended up going to college for elementary education after high school and wasn’t happy with what I was doing, so I then decided to take the plunge and go to Cosmetology school!
It was Biggest and craziest decision I have ever made and I’ve not regretted a single thing about it! I love being in a field where I can be creative and have fun every single day. I’m convinced I have the best clients in the entire world!
I have worked with numerous different color lines including Wella, Joico, Paul Mitchell, Pulp Riot, Schwarzkopf, Matrix, and KEVIN.MURPHY (KM being my favorite of course)
My ultimate goal is for all of my guests to sit down in my chair and immediately feel the pressures of the day waft away. To smile knowing that their color and cut is going to be amazing. And to know that they are being listened to and taken care of. My guests are not just my guests, they are my friends and my family, and I love each and every one with my whole heart!
When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually at home reading, running, cycling, or doing something outside!

Hi, I'm Hannah!  My passion for the beauty industry began at a young age, painting my friends and family's nails, and styling all their hair.  I went to cosmetology school right after graduating, and have been behind the chair since 2018! 

I love to create custom lived in colors, brunettes, and balayage.  I'm always investing in my career with in-person/online classes to offer the best services for my clients! 

One of the most exciting steps I took in my career was getting certified in Great Lengths Extensions!  I love being able to transform my clients hair with the best in keratin extensions. I can give you more fullness/length, as well as a new color with just extensions. 

I've worked with Aveda, Wella, L'Oréal Professional, Redken, and now KEVIN.MURPHY.  I can't wait to see you in my chair! ​

​​​Hi!  My name is Shawna and I hail from Michigan.  I am a fun loving, adventure seeking wife of 20 years and mom of 2 sporty teenagers.  Hairstyling is career number 2 for me, my previous career was as a wildlife biologist & botanist.  My core passions have evolved from working in and connecting to the beauty of nature to making things around me beautiful and connecting with people.  Eight years ago I decided to turn my passions into a career creating beautiful hairstyles and colors. As a hair artist I love creating dimensional blondes, brunettes and red shades. I use a combination of techniques such as balayage, baby lights and foilyage to create natural lived-in looks or bold, adventurous looks.  I also love sculpting hair into shapes and styles that compliment your individual features.  I’ve worked with L’Oréal Professional, Kerastase, Unite, Paul Mitchell, Pulp Riot and now KEVIN.MURPHY.  KM is by far my favorite with its eco friendly and sustainable practices.  They use only organically grown, cruelty free plants and essential oils in their hair care line.  KEVIN.MURPHY also uses recycled ocean plastic for all their packaging!  The performance of this line is second to none.  I look forward to meeting you and working together on your hair care needs.  Book now for a blissful experience ❤️

Carly has been a professional hairstylist for 6 years now. However, with sweeping hair and folding towels as her first job at 13, she has been apart of the salon environment most of her life. Hair isn’t just a career for Carly, but a lifestyle.

Carly loves all things hair, but especially color! Whether it’s balayage, blonding, or corrective color - she’s your girl! She is always staying on top of education, with top Hair lines such as: Paul Mitchell, Loreal, Kerastase and Pulp Riot. Over the past year she’s fell in love with KEVIN.MURPHY. Working with a company that coincides with her values, such as- practicing sustainability while catering to all different hair types, is something she is not only excited about, but confident about as well.
Carly’s goal as a stylist is to help people feel as confident as they can, while giving them a style that suits their lifestyle. She loves working at an education focused salon and being surrounded by other inspired, talented stylists. She loves to learn, and staying on top of new trends and styles is a top priority. Outside of the salon you can find her enjoying the outdoors, spending time with friends & family, or dancing to live music!

For the past 19 years, Erin’s passion for making her guests feel and look beautiful from the inside out has driven her to thrive in the beauty industry. She customizes every look to uniquely fit each person's personality and lifestyle. Erin believes in building relationships with her guests so they feel at home and they leave looking and feeling great.
Erin's background consists of an extensive amount of education, most notably in the areas of razor cutting, curly hair and she has worked with some of the best on-trend brands such as Schwarzkopf, L'Oreal, Toni & Guy, Eufora and currently, Kevin Murphy. Her ongoing education is something that inspires her and she loves to share it with her guests and other stylists. 
When she's out of the salon she loves to spend her time with her family or volunteering to help people who are battling cancer, a cause near and dear to her heart. Erin calls Voltage her family and feels extremely blessed to be a part of a loving and talented team.

Hi I’m Andrea. A native of Fort Collins. I have been doing hair since 2008 and have been full time behind the chair for six years and I couldn’t be happier. 
I have been inspired by so many talented stylists over the years but Phyllis Thode (previous owner of the once great Headlines Salon of the Rockies) is the reason I love what I do! 
So many stylist specialize in certain things, I would have to say I specialize in the client. I take pride in making sure our consultations are on point and we are both comfortable with the goal. Under promise and over deliver is my motto. 
When I am not behind the chair I love spending time with my pup MayMay and enjoying all the things this beautiful life has to offer.
